Royal children sing and dance along at the Coronation Concert

Prince George and Princess Charlotte danced the night away during the coronation concert at Windsor Castle.

In the royal box with King Charles and Queen Camilla, the youngsters hopped to the sound of Lionel Richie’s hit The whole night and Take That’s Anthems.

In a grand royal sing-along, Princess Charlotte and Prince George enthusiastically waved their flags and waved to the beat of the music.

The princess also sang Katy Perry’s words Roar And Fireworkswhile the American singer took the stage in a shiny gold-colored ballgown.

Before the Take That finale, Kermit the Frog joined the Windsors in the royal box.

Dressed in a smart suit and tie, the Muppet bounced on the spot and waved his flag in front of a delighted Duke of Edinburgh.

It was a special night out for the Prince and Princess of Wales’s two eldest children, who are just nine and eight, after a busy day at their grandfather’s coronation on Saturday.

Like the rest of the 20,000-strong crowd, they wore flashing LED wristbands.

Prince George and Prince William smiled and laughed together as they enjoyed the show.

One of the best royal dancers was the Duchess of Edinburgh, who beamed when she danced on Richie’s set.

When Prince William took the stage to pay a touching tribute to his ‘pa’ the king, Princess Charlotte turned to Prince George to get his attention and pointed her flag at the stage.

The Princess wore a white dress with a Peter Pan collar and ruffled bow, but later donned a white coat over it, while Prince George wore a suit and tie like Prince William’s.

Five-year-old Prince Louis was not at the concert and the late-night show started after his bedtime.

In the second row, Peter Phillips’ daughters Savannah and Isla waved union flags, while Edinburgh’s children Lady Louise Windsor and the Earl of Wessex also sat in the front row.

Princess Charlotte bowed to the King and Queen as they arrived, while Prince George bowed to them.

At one point, Prince Charlotte leaned back as Prince William playfully waved a flag near her face.

Princess Catherine wore a vibrant red suit, while Queen Camilla wore a royal blue Anna Valentine jumpsuit.
