NANCY: A 15-YEAR-OLD IS CHARGED TONIGHT FOR A STABING AT A POLK COUNTY MIDDLE SCHOOL. THE SHERIFF’S OFFICE SAYS THAT TODAY THE TEEN STUDENT STUDENT WITH A KITCHEN KNIFE AT WESTWOOD MIDDLE SCHOOL IN WINTER HAVEN WITH A KITCHEN KNIFE THIS AFTERNOON. THE SCHOOL WENT LOCKED DOWN WHILE REPUTERS SEARCH FOR THE STUDENT WHO WAS LATER FOUND AND ARRESTED WITH A RELATIVE. THE VICTIM WAS TAKE TO HOSPITAL AND TREATED FOR HIS INJURIES. WE NOW KNOW THE NAME OF A MAN KILLED IN AN EARLY MORNING SHOOTING IN LAKE COUNTY. AFTER THE SHOOTINGS BEEN CANCELLED OUTSIDE THE APPLEBEE’S IN LADY LAKE, THE POLICE SAY DISHAUN HUDSON ENTER AND GET AN ARGUMENT WITH ANOTHER CUSTOMER. WHEN HUDSON REACHED IN HIS POCKET, A CUSTOMER WITH A PROHIBITED WEAPONS LICENSE HAS A GUN READY AND SHOT HIM. THE GUNTER REMAINS ON THE SITE AND COOPERATES WITH RESEARCHERS. JIM: THIS MAN, WHO IS ACCUSED OF KILLING THREE PEOPLE IN A SHOOTING SPEAKER IN THE PINE HILLS NEAR ORANGE COUNTY, DID NOT GIVE GUILTY TO TWO OF THE MURDERS. THIS WEEK, KEITH MOSES ENTERED WRITTEN NOT GUILTY FOR THE DEATH OF 9-YEAR-OLD T’YONNA MAJOR, AND SPECTRUM NEWS 13 REPORTER DYLAN LYONS. HE HAD ALREADY NOT BEEN GUILTY OF THE DEATH OF 38-YEAR-OLD NATHACHA AUGUSTIN. RESEARCHERS SAY MOSES KILLED AUGUSTIN FIRST, THEN HOURS LATER RETURNED TO THE SCENE AND KILLED LYONS AND MAJOR. A NEWS 13 PHOTOJOURNALIST AND THE MAJOR’S MOTHER SURVIVED THE SHOOTING. MOSES IN THOSE CASES TWO COUNTS OF ATTEMPTED MURDER AS WELL AS BREAK-IN ARE SEEN. According to the sheriff’s office, a mother in a Walmart parking lot was getting her children out of the car when an 11-month-old was accidentally trapped inside.

Sheriff’s deputies said one of the children who had already got out of the car locked the doors while the keys were inside.
