Wow, what a Zine month, huh? While we are back to the old Game board reporting, we have no shortage of great games to play right now and some incredible RPGs still crowdfunding. We also have a fantastic exclusivity for Gaming Shelf readers of the highly anticipated and blockbuster-funded game Dark shadow RPG!

Currently crowdfundingbut already blasting through all the stretch goals and already written in full, the Dark shadow RPG is old-fashioned role play; are a grim fantasy nightmare built to take down your characters as they trudge through mud and mud. With stark black and white illustrations that add wonder to the ominous, Dark shadow is the kind of game that will recreate the feel of classic dungeon crawlers while providing a streamlined chassis for gameplay.

Author Kelsey Dionne is a fantastic, renowned RPG writer. She directed te Arcane Library in 2017, and one of her creations, The Secrets of Skyhorn Lighthouse, is the highest-rated adventure of all time on DMs Guild, the 5th third-party marketplace. Dark shadow is a completely unique, self-contained system filled with tables, spells, and stat blocks that makes it easy for people to pick up and play with minimal preparation.
