In their more than 15 years as a band, the Boston-based hard rock band Lansdowne has released two radio singles on billboards, over 100 million streams and views, and licensed songs to major brands such as iRobot, the NFL, MTV and more. Consisting of Jon Riccic (singing), Shaun Lichtenstein (lead guitar/vocals), Glenn Mungo (drums), Josh Waterman (guitar/vocals), and Mike La Roche (bass), LANSDOWNE has been a force to be reckoned with since appearing on the music scene in 2006.
After their signing with AFM Records and the release of a lyric video for their mega hit Burn brighter In mid-2022, recently, the Boston-based hard rock act released their brand new single, the heavy rock juggernaut Medicine.
“The Medicine music video is an introduction to the dystopian fantasy universe we are creating,” states the band. “The world is in trouble, consumed by negativity and canceling the culture, it has become this scourge that we must fight through together and rise above it. So in the video you see a revolt against all the hate and nonsense that permeates our daily lives. You can feel the aggression and frustration in the words and in the scenes from the video. We’ve been held back and held back by negativity for far too long, and the lyrics ring true for so many of us: ‘We’re fucking over it.”
