Egg Biryani Recipe: How To Make Egg Biryani
- Start by soaking 2 cups of rice for about 20-25 minutes. Then add 4 tablespoons of cooking oil to a pressure cooker.
- Add the chopped onion and fry until golden brown and crispy. Take out the fried onion and add whole spices in the same oil. Make them sputter.
- When done, add 6 hard-boiled eggs, 1 teaspoon red chili powder, 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder, 2 tablespoons biryani masala, 1 teaspoon black pepper powder, and 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste along with a cup of yogurt. Mix well.
- Then add soaked rice to gravy and 2 cups of water.
